This is one of my favourite workouts to do. I perform this exercise as my last exercise as part of my routine on my ARMS DAY. . . . . swipe right to get a better understanding. . . However, it is a supporting muscle, in that it assists upper body muscle groups to maximize their potential. These muscle groups are: bicep and tricep, deltoids, chest and back as many movements include the forearm. .
